How to use Deepshikha AI
Choose your role to see the steps that matter to you.
For team members
You don't need to be technical. Most days you'll only approve things and check results.
- 1
Accept your invite
Your admin sends you an email invite. Click the link, set a password and sign in.
- 2
See what's running
The Automations page lists every automation in your workspace. A switched-on toggle means it's working.
- 3
Approve when asked
Some automations pause and ask a person first, like sending a quote. Open the request and click Approve or Reject.
- 4
Check the results
The Runs page shows each time an automation ran, what it did and whether anything went wrong.
- 5
Start something new
Pick a ready-made template, or tell your admin what task you'd like automated next.
That’s it. Need a hand? Our team can set everything up with you on a call.
Words you’ll see
Plain-English meanings of the terms used in the platform.
Automation
A set of steps that runs by itself, for example "when a form is filled in, add the person to our CRM and email them".
Trigger
The event that starts an automation: a new email, a form submission, a new row in a sheet, or a set time each day.
AI step
A step where AI reads, sorts, summarises or writes something, such as drafting a reply or pulling numbers from an invoice.
Approval
A pause where the automation waits for a person to click Approve or Reject before continuing.
Connection
Your saved login to an app like Gmail or HubSpot, so automations can work with it. Set up once, reused by the team.
Run
One time an automation happened. Every run is saved so you can see exactly what it did.
